What we take on
The LAN, the WAN and the wireless: designed, installed, and monitored afterwards. Offices, hotels, campuses and anywhere the device count has outgrown the equipment.
How it runs
A site survey before any equipment is specified. Wireless coverage is decided by walls, floors and where people actually sit, and it cannot be planned from a floor plan alone. We measure, then specify.
Cabling and hardware are installed to a documented layout, with the ports labelled and a diagram handed over. Then monitoring, so a failing access point is a ticket we raise rather than a complaint you field.
What it costs to get wrong
Wireless designed by guesswork produces a network that works in the room the router is in. The usual response is to add more access points, which on the same channel makes it worse, and by then nobody trusts the network for anything that matters.
The other common failure is an undocumented one. A network only one person understands is fine until that person is unavailable, and network faults do not wait for them to be back.
